With over 25 years of dedicated service in the field of education, I have become a recognised leader in school improvement and leadership development. My extensive experience includes 29 years in leadership roles, where I have honed my skills as a highly qualified senior leader and an accomplished coach.
My deep commitment to empowering middle and senior leaders drives my work, ensuring they are equipped to lead with confidence and effectiveness.

I am passionate about closing the gap between good teaching and great leadership. Too often, educators are promoted to leadership positions without the necessary training, leaving them to navigate their new roles on their own.
I believe in providing the support and guidance these leaders need to succeed, helping them to lead as effectively as possible.

I am also a member of the Association for Coaching, further solidifying my commitment to continuous professional development and excellence in coaching.
